That's how most students see her. The tiny girl who was surprisingly elected into office as Student Council President keeps an outward image of firely aggressiveness and undying loyalty to the Headmistress Nakaijima. She is extremely straight-laced, and her bluntness tends to offend or scare. Those that really know her, however, love her deeply, and see her true self--an overworked, misunderstood, and scared girl struggling with keeping immoral stuents under control, and striving to make her Headmistress--her first true friend, and the only one she truely trusts--proud of her. Rina does not tolerate Keiko well at all. she seems to have some previous beef with Anji, and she takes it out on Keiko. She easily gets frustrated with Keiko, and is constantly accusing her of being a "do-nothing", never achieving anything for the school.
